The Release Candidate for Web Meetings 1.3 is now available on the zarafa-portal.
This release is focused on compatibility adjustments for WebApp 2.2.0 and Chrome 49.
WebApp 2.2.0 has been released and introduces a major interface upgrade and tweaks to authentication, presence handling and many other functions. The Web Meetings team has been following these changes and adjusting the plug-in to keep it compatible with WebApp.
The first Web Meetings Beta was released simultaneously with the WebApp Release Candidate. It contained the adjustments to authentication, keeping seamless meetings outside the WebApp possible.
One of the popular features of Web Meetings is screen sharing. This feature unfortunately broke in Chrome version 49. Screen sharing still works in other browsers like Firefox or Iridium, and in this release the issue in Chrome has been resolved.
