Please note that installing new unlisted MS Outlook updates (Microsoft Update) will disable the extra features provided by the OL2010 compatibility component.

Outlook 2010 is officially supported from Zarafa 6.40.11 and 7.0.1.
For some specific Outlook features, the Zarafa Outlook 2010 compatibility component is required.

From Zarafa clients 6.40.13 and 7.0.3 and higher the Outlook compatibility component is included in the zarafa-client installer and is installed by default.
Choose "custom" install in order to make sure that the OL2010 compatibility component is selected.

With the release of Zarafa 7.1.10rc1 we introduced a new automated patching mechanism to automatically support yet unreleased versions. However, we still recommend to use the most recent version of Zarafa Client as with every new update of Outlook the automated patching mechanisms precision is enhanced. Please note, that 7.0 does not include the automated patching mechanism therefore new versions will not be able to be supported.

This compatibility component is known to work with the following known versions of Outlook since version 7.1.10rc1 or 7.0.15:
