Prices

The Zarafa commercial product is available in three different editions (check out the difference in features in the editions table).

All editions are offered through a subscription model. This implies that if you do not have a valid subscription or you do not renew your current subscription, you are free to use the software as it is. However, note that you will not be able to upgrade to another major version of the software and you are not entitled to Zarafa support. So make sure your subscription is valid at any time.

Discounts

Volume discount
>100 users: 5% discount
>250 users: 10% discount
>1000 users: 15% discount
>5000 users: contact sales
 
Sector discount

Public sector: 25% reduction (including city councils and governments)

Educational sector:
An educational discount is granted to state schools and universities where the license is mainly used by students, pupils or teachers.
This discount is not applicable to private companies in the education sector.
The discount can be up to 75%. Please contact sales for an official educational pricing quotation.
 
Multiple year purchase
When ordered for multiple years up-front, the Zarafa editions are even more attractive. There is a 10% discount for a two-year purchase and a 20% discount for a three-year purchase.
