ZCP Professional Edition is built for organizations that require advanced features such as BlackBerry Support, automatic updating and high-availability set-ups, combined with the assurance of professional quality support.

ZCP Enterprise Edition is targeted at organizations that need a clustered solution. The multi-server support can be used to support larger numbers of users or to spread mailboxes across different geographical locations. The Enterprise Edition combines the most extensive collaboration features with the highest level of support. Please note: this edition is not suitable for a hosted environment, please check Hosted Zarafa for more details on the hosted model.
